Job summary

National Vision Holdings, Inc. in Plano, TX, is seeking Maintenance Technicians to service and maintain equipment in the optical lab. The role offers base pay with bi-weekly bonus opportunities, along with a generous PTO plan and other benefits.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, reads and writes English, and is able to work 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday. Join a growing manufacturing facility with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience in industrial maintenance (electro/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, servo drives, HVAC, etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing is desirable; optical industry knowledge a plus but not required
• Must be able to read and write English

Responsibilities

• Performing Preventative Maintenance on all equipment, maintaining PM checklists
• Handling work orders to resolve machine issues and minimize production down time
• Servicing and maintaining Edgers, Generators and Blockers
• Cleaning, changing parts, performing checks, calibrating
• Identifying issues and performing repairs
• Assisting with installations, fabrications, servicing of other equipment and systems in the lab
• Following all safety measures, Lock out / Tag out procedures and PPE usage

We're seeking Maintenance Technicians to join the team at our growing optical manufacturing facility.

1st Shift Schedule

6:00am - 2:30pm M-F. (Maintenance schedules may vary slightly)

Base pay (DOE) PLUS extra bi-weekly bonus opportunities. We also have a generous PTO plan and many other benefits.

Job Description

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment located in the lab.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities Include
