Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Menomonee Falls, WI to keep molding, automation, and facility systems running at peak performance. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components and support production teams with technical expertise.

The role involves preventive maintenance, machine setup, and documenting repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining molding, automation, and facility systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proactive in preventive maintenance and documentation of work.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production and support equipment
• Maintain molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air, and chiller systems
• Follow and provide input on the preventive maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, annual)
• Assist with machine set-up and calibration as required
• Complete emergency/unscheduled repairs and document all work performed
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure minimal downtime
• Support safety initiatives, including LOTO procedures and forklift operations
