Job summary
Jobot is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Greater Milwaukee Area to keep molding, automation, and facility systems running at peak performance. You will perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and support production teams with technical expertise.
The role requires hands-on skills in mechanical/electrical systems, reading manuals/blueprints, and following safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Maintenance technicians with mechanical/electrical repair experience.
- Experience with molding, automation, HVAC, and fluid systems preferred.
- Safety procedures such as LOTO should be followed.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
- Maintain molding machinery and automation systems.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedule (daily to annual).
- Assist with machine setup and calibration as required.
- Document all work performed during repairs.
- Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Work independently and in teams to minimize downtime.
- Support safety initiatives and forklift operations.
