• Experience in general maintenance including plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical experience required.
• Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance Tasks: upkeep of facility, including painting resident rooms.
• Plumbing & Electrical: perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Material Movement: move materials and equipment between rooms.
• Emergency Response: respond to urgent issues as needed.
• Supervision: work under Director of Maintenance to complete tasks efficiently.
• Hands-on mechanical tasks: troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machinery.
