Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of facilities and manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, CNC, PLCs, pneumatics, pumps, hydraulics, compressors and vacuum systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Good communication and ability to work independently under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain production and facility equipment; minimize downtime by diagnostics and repairs.
  • Perform diagnostics and maintenance on CNC lathes.

Maintenance Technician – Fultonville, NY

We are seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fultonville, NY. This role requires strong attention to detail and cross‑functional collaboration. You will maintain and repair manufacturing assets, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and building systems, and support overall facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain production and facility equipment in good working condition; minimize downtime by conducting diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance.
  • Perform diagnostics and maintenance on CNC lathes.
  • Repair and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and vacuum‑related systems.
  • Maintain HVAC, air compressors, fire systems, and other building‑related systems.
  • Assist with general upkeep of the interior and exterior of the facility, including painting, ground maintenance, furniture assembly, and renovation/reconfiguration of equipment.
  • Conduct all activities following strict safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ facilities and manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Solid understanding of 3‑phase electrical systems, electronic components, CNC, PLCs, pneumatics, pumps, hydraulics, compressors, and vacuum systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic components of CNC machining equipment with vendor support.
  • Proficiency with electrical testing tools, hand tools, industrial fabrication tools, and power tools.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school; related experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; basic computer proficiency.
  • Capacity to work independently under limited supervision and to research, order, and install repair parts.
  • Organizational and follow‑up skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Teamwork ability for both individual and collaborative tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and to wear safety glasses for extended periods.
  • Availability for a Monday‑Friday schedule of 6:30am–3:00pm with occasional overtime, on‑call duty, and seasonal shift work.
Job Details

  • Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 40 per week
  • Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Fultonville, NY 12072 (in‑person; candidates must relocate to the site)
