Job summary

Tri Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. You will report to the Maintenance Director and Assistant Maintenance Director, performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC tasks to keep the building in top condition.

You will complete work orders, document work, and ensure safety and compliance. The role requires hands-on experience, strong problem-solving, time management, and willingness to be on-call 24/7.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as directed by the Maintenance Director and Assistant Maintenance Director.
• Conduct minor building repairs, including carpentry, drywall patching, and painting.
• Execute minor electrical work.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs, such as faucet and drain repairs.
• Undertake minor mechanical repairs, including wheelchair and wheel-castered item maintenance, fan belt changes, and motor repairs.
• Perform minor HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance, including filter changes.
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately, documenting completion, time utilized, and materials used.
• Maintain and update required F.D.N.Y. certificates as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
• Be available for on-call duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Starting Pay

$18 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
