Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site maintenance technician responsible for keeping the property's physical spaces in top condition, addressing resident requests, and completing preventative maintenance. You will prepare vacant units, manage inventory, and maintain grounds and common areas in a safety-compliant environment.

Responsibilities include documenting work orders, assisting in inspections, and supporting cost-saving practices by fixing parts when possible.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience with maintenance in property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects following policy and safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manage materials and inventory from maintenance to reorder needs.
• Document service requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and perform cleaning/painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
