Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Prepares vacants for leasing by completing inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are finished.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
