Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Raleigh to perform a wide range of interior and exterior community maintenance tasks. You will respond to resident requests, perform routine upkeep, and coordinate with supervisors and vendors to keep the property in excellent condition.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. OC/OSHA safety practices and regular attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine interior and exterior maintenance for the community and equipment as scheduled.
• Repair requests from residents and staff; address maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are stored securely to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned.
• Collaborate with vendors for landscaping, painting, or asphalt work as instructed.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
