Qualifications

• Schedule: Standard shifts with potential weekend/evening/emergency coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across the facility including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and hardware upkeep.
• Inspect common areas and resident rooms daily for safety and repair needs.
• Assist with painting, drywall patching, moving furniture, and event setups.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and storage spaces.
• Respond to routine work orders in a timely manner.
• Escalate larger issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Support exterior maintenance and seasonal groundskeeping as directed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general, routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and hardware upkeep.

• Conduct daily inspections of common areas, resident rooms, and grounds to identify and address minor repair needs or safety hazards.

• Assist with painting, drywall patching, moving furniture, and setting up spaces for facility events.

• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas, shop rooms, and storage spaces.

• Respond promptly to routine maintenance work orders and work requests submitted by staff and residents.

• Report larger machinery, HVAC, or facility-wide issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Assist with basic exterior maintenance, seasonal groundskeeping, and safety protocols as directed.

• Experience: 0–1 years of general maintenance, basic handyman, or facility operations experience.
