You should be handy and detail-oriented, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks, and participate in daily inspections. Full-time schedule with weekend/evening coverage as needed; starting pay $15.79 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–1 years in maintenance or facility operations.
• Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, climb ladders.
• Schedule: Standard shifts with potential weekend/evening/emergency coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance across the facility including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and hardware upkeep.
• Inspect common areas and resident rooms daily for safety and repair needs.
• Assist with painting, drywall patching, moving furniture, and event setups.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and storage spaces.
• Respond to routine work orders in a timely manner.
• Escalate larger issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Support exterior maintenance and seasonal groundskeeping as directed.
