Job summary

BrandFX, a TIME Manufacturing Company, is hiring a Maintenance Tech in Pocahontas, IA. This full-time role supports a manufacturing environment with a focus on safe operation, routine inspections, and basic repairs of equipment and facilities.

You will assist senior staff, maintain clean work areas, and ensure compliance with safety practices and PPE requirements. Overtime and shift variations may apply; a signing bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools, meters, and other equipment.
• Mechanically inclined with practical problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine inspections, basic repairs of equipment, tools and facilities.
• Support senior maintenance staff in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Perform basic tasks such as replacing belts, filters, and light bulbs; lubricating moving parts; and keeping equipment clean
• Help maintain safe and organized work areas, including tools and spare parts inventory
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and repair needs to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and company policies
• Assist with general building maintenance (painting, cleaning, minor repairs) as needed
