Job summary

Engineering Services & Products C in Dyersville, IA is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to keep our manufacturing equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, calibrations, and repairs, work with production teams, and assist outside contractors while following OSHA rules.

Some on‑call, overtime, and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• 2-5 years maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and blueprint reading experience.
• Must be safety conscious and follow OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular scheduled maintenance on systems, machines and equipment as assigned.
• Repair broken, damaged or malfunctioning machines, equipment and systems as directed.
• Perform machine maintenance on all machines and equipment and coordinate with company technicians as needed.
• Calibrate tools, equipment and machines as directed.
• Assist with general, ground and facility maintenance as directed by management.
• Work with production team to assess options with guidance from Maintenance Manager or VP of Operations.
• Stay up to date on maintenance technologies and safety policies.
• Complete work orders, records, logs and safety documents; adhere to Lock Out Tag Out policies.
• Operate material handling equipment as necessary; support overtime or weekend work as required.
