Job summary

BrandFX, a TIME Manufacturing Company, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our manufacturing team in Pocahontas, IA. You will assist with routine inspections, basic repairs, and general upkeep to ensure safe, efficient operations of our equipment and facilities.

The role supports senior staff in troubleshooting, performs basic maintenance tasks, and contributes to a clean, organized work environment. A high school diploma is preferred and some experience with tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools, meters, and other equipment.
• Mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine inspections, basic repairs of equipment, tools and facilities.
• Support senior maintenance staff in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
• Replace belts, filters, light bulbs; lubricate moving parts; keep equipment clean.
• Help maintain safe and organized work areas, including tools and spare parts inventory.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and repair needs to supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and company policies.
• Assist with general building maintenance as needed.
