Job summary

BrandFX, a TIME Manufacturing Company, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Tech for our Pocahontas, IA facility. You will join the maintenance team to support safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities while learning and growing in a manufacturing environment.

This full-time role offers hands-on tasks, safety training, and exposure to welding, electrical, and HVAC concepts, with a comprehensive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools, meters, and other equipment.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Strong physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Reliability and punctuality; able to follow instructions.
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
• Welding preferred but not required.
• Electrical and HVAC knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine inspections and basic repairs of equipment, tools and facilities.
• Support senior maintenance staff in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
• Replace belts, filters, lights; lubricate moving parts; keep equipment clean.
• Help maintain safe and organized work areas, including tools and spare parts inventory.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and company policies.
• Assist with general building maintenance as needed.
