Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Illinois plant. The role focuses on preventive and reactive maintenance to keep extrusion, corrugation, and downstream equipment running at peak performance.

You will execute PM schedules, repair equipment, and manage a spare parts inventory while supporting safety and continuous improvement programs. Weekend and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technician level training in electrical/hydraulics/pneumatics preferred.
• Basic PLC and drive training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and controls.
• Maintain PM schedules and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate parts and components with suppliers as needed.
• Support CMMS with prompt PM and repairs.
• Be first responder for machine problems and coordinate with Electrical Engineering as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and production safety.
• Work with production staff to ensure safe operation of plant equipment.
