Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. in Findlay, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive and reactive maintenance in our manufacturing plant.

You will execute PM schedules, repair equipment to sustain maximum production, and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime. You will troubleshoot machines and their controls (extruders, corrugators, extrusion die, drives, motors, chillers), participate in CMMS, and support continuous improvement initiatives with manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds to 6 feet.
• Stand/move for 8 hours, perform physical labor in varied temps.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, drives, motors).
• Maintain PM schedules and CMMS work orders.
• Order/replacement parts as needed for maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve production and safety.
• Ensure safe and reliable operation with production staff.
