GXO Logistics, Inc is hiring a multi-craft maintenance technician in Indiana to maintain facilities and equipment in a safe, reliable state. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing and packing equipment, and you will document preventive maintenance and parts usage.

The role requires reading electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings, knowledge of PLCs, CMMS and HVAC controls, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a multi-craft technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, including lighting, power distribution, drives, motors, bearings, conveyor systems preventative maintenance and repair, PLCs and operator interfaces, CMMS, HVAC systems and controls.
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Responsabilités

• Maintain facilities and equipment in safe working order.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing and packing equipment and electrical panels.
• Maintain and document preventive maintenance, equipment repair, part usages and projects.
• Handle and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Diagnose problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and perform repairs as needed.
• Ensure equipment starts correctly at the beginning of each shift.
