Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Perris, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift (Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role requires experience with electrical/mechanical systems, PLCs, CMMS, and reading drawings. Company benefits include PTO, health coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a multi-craft technician
• Experience with electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings
• Experience with robotics maintenance
• Experience with blueprints/electrical schematics

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and equipment in safe, working order
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing and packing equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance in a timely manner
• Maintain documentation of preventive maintenance and repairs
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper start-up of equipment
