Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the afternoon shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm) in Maryland. The technician will keep manufacturing equipment in top condition, perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, and ensure safety policies are followed.

This role supports reliable operation for our customers and offers comprehensive benefits. You will document preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, diagnose issues on conveyors and machinery, and work to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a multi-craft technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read simple electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings; experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities and equipment to safe, good-working order.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on packaging equipment and panels.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document work.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure proper startup at shift start.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and related machinery.
