Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in guest areas.
• Professional appearance and positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate facilities maintenance skills to ensure units/buildings are in good working order.
• Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, and fixtures as needed.
• Replaces breakers or electrical fixtures and troubleshoots hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment.
• Repair interior walls, ceilings, and surfaces; paint and patch as required.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
