Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure every unit and building is in top condition for guests and associates. You will apply skilled maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems to deliver reliable, safe and welcoming environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Ability to perform plumbing tasks such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and jacuzzi tubs.
• Electrical work: replace breakers, ballasts, switches and sockets; identify hazards.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate facilities maintenance knowledge for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Perform plumbing tasks including pipes, drains, showers, and jacuzzis with standard methods.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, switches and sockets; troubleshoot electrical hazards.
• Complete preventative programs on systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls and ceilings; patch drywall and repaint as needed.
• Inspect buildings and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
