Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure guest units and buildings are in excellent working order. You will apply HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills to deliver reliable maintenance and repairs, with strong customer service and teamwork.

The role requires performing preventive maintenance, handling repairs, and adhering to safety programs while contributing to a positive guest experience across our properties.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Professional appearance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance to keep units running efficiently.
• Carry out electrical repairs including switches and outlets.
• Repair plumbing systems, fixtures and fittings.
• Complete interior repairs such as drywall and painting as needed.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Follow safety programs and procedures.
