Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure every unit and building is in excellent working order. You’ll apply maintenance skills and customer service to help guests enjoy dream vacations and reliable stays.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, and safety compliance, plus preventative maintenance and timely reporting of deficiencies. A professional appearance and team-orientated attitude are valued.

Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Experience with plumbing fixtures (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi tubs).
Ability to replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures and troubleshoot hazards.
Participation in preventative maintenance programs (e.g., HVAC).
Repair of interior walls, patches, texture and painting.
Report deficiencies to supervisor and follow safety programs.

Responsibilities

Apply maintenance knowledge to ensure units and buildings are in working order.
Perform plumbing tasks including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs.
Replace electrical fixtures and troubleshoot electrical hazards.
Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems.
Repair walls, ceilings, patches and painting as needed.
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies per safety guidelines.
