Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Edison, NJ. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50-75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a cold production environment (37°F).

Location: Edison, NJ (Buckhead Meat / Sysco)
Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
Overtime: 5-10 hours available weekly

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, and packing machinery
