Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pedricktown, NJ to perform preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment.

The role requires mechanical/industrial maintenance experience in the food manufacturing sector, strong electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This on-site permanent position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; mechanical trade preferred.
• Experience as a production/industrial mechanic in food industry is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical on multiple voltages and read prints.

Responsabilités

• Performs mechanical and preventative maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Maintains records of repairs, parts inventory, and modifications.
• Assists with setup and movement of equipment during changeovers.
• Maintains tools and shop in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
• Provides emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Reads manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Uses varied hand and power tools and meters; adheres to safety regulations.
