Innovation Foods in Millville, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot equipment, perform immediate repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance on controls, filling machines, conveyors, and packaging equipment.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule with day/night rotation; pay rate of $30.00-$34.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Technical training or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform emergency repairs while lines run.
• Assist with changeovers and daily operational activities.
• Train operators and other technicians at point of operation.
• Assemble, install, and test new equipment.
• Use power and hand tools to perform tasks.
• Modify or fabricate equipment to improve production lines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections for malfunctions.
• Complete and update work orders and maintenance records.
