Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining industrial equipment, automation or product repair (Maintenance Technician II).
  • Experience with automation, robotics, metal fabrication, paint or assembly operations (Maintenance Technician III).
  • Ability to read drawings, blueprints and building schematics (III).

Responsibilities

  • Support and service of production lines within the facility.
  • Perform preventative maintenance of production line equipment.
  • Seasonal external facility maintenance.
  • Waste management and simple routine facility maintenance.
  • Identifying parts and materials needed to perform duties.
  • Maintenance of 5S program.
  • Maintaining compliance with training programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • All Maintenance Technician I responsibilities.
  • Maintenance and system entry of PMs and work orders.
  • Replace broken or outdated building facility components.
  • Lead in designing, fabricating and welding of mechanical structures and equipment.
  • Coordinate resources for projects with external vendors.
  • Train technicians how to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and PLC equipment.
