Job summary

Oglebay Park in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Maintenance Tech 2 to keep park assets in good repair. This full-time role requires hands-on maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

You will work the afternoon shift, 2:30pm–11:00pm, respond to repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with other shifts. A high school diploma or GED is expected, with related experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and coordinate with shifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
