Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• One year experience in general maintenance.
• One year experience in facilities maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical Journeyman licensure.
• Master's Electrician licensure.
• HVAC Refrigerant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work throughout the Hospital.
• Maintains tools and inventory for future use.
• Follows hospital, state and federal guidelines for safety and infection control.
• Maintains facilities and equipment to promote comfort, efficiency and safety.
• Operates and cleans maintenance equipment per procedures.
• Uses PPE when in department.
• Responds to on-call duties.
