Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our Operations Maintenance Team at a busy facility in Missouri. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment, and support base building systems.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of MHE or conveyor maintenance experience, ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues related to MHE.
Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used; track inventory.
