Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in repairing and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Reads blueprints and uses basic machine shop tools.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to lead contract labor and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and dismantles machinery.
• Performs preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Maintains tools and workshops; performs cleanup.
• Directs contract labor on assignments.
• Communicates with EHS and environmental documentation.
• Maintains equipment reliability and supports continuous improvement.
• Reads SOPs and follows procedures.
