Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations, repair and preventive maintenance of facility equipment, and building systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment driven by quality and safety.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will install and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; perform basic carpentry, painting, and tooling tasks; respond to breakdowns during shifts, document

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

Assist with installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Support troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
Perform basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks as assigned.
Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule.
Document repairs and maintenance in logs or work order systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
Respond to maintenance requests during production shifts.
