Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support an industrial laundry facility in Springfield, MO. You will repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, and perform preventive maintenance.

The role also covers welding, boiler chemical testing and responding to emergencies, with mentoring of Technician I staff. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, ability to read English maintenance literature

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and welding activities.
• Conduct boiler chemical testing and chemistry adjustments.
• Respond to safety concerns and emergency alarms.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I partners.
