Job summary

Asbury Methodist Village, part of Asbury Communities, Inc., seeks a full-time maintenance technician to perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep. The role requires at least three years of progressive maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining kitchen equipment and fire protection systems, and using a CMMS to log activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
• Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm.
• Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including work order completion and issue resolutions.
