Job summary

Asbury Communities in Erie, PA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and related building equipment across our residential facilities.

You will respond to work orders, document resolutions in our maintenance software, and help keep spaces safe and comfortable. EPA Universal Certification preferred; HS diploma required; CFC certification desired; valid driver’s license; 3+ years experience.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of progressive maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• General maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and building upkeep.
• Respond to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Document data and resolutions using the maintenance management system.
