Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our residential and commercial facilities. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general building systems.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of progressive maintenance experience. EPA Universal Certification is preferred; CFC certification can be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum three years of progressive maintenance experience.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance duties related to troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep.
• Responsibilities also include maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms.
• Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Utilizes maintenance management system to document work orders and issue resolutions.
