Job summary

Asbury Methodist Village in Montgomery County, MD is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep across residential and commercial spaces. You’ll respond to work orders, document resolutions in the maintenance system, and ensure safety and reliability on site.

A high school diploma, a valid driver's license, three years of maintenance experience, and CFC certification (or ability to obtain within 90

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid Driver's License is required.
Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance.

Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance duties related to troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep.
General maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm.
Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
Utilizes maintenance management system to document data including work order completion and issue resolutions.
