Zusammenfassung

Asbury Methodist Village in Montgomery County, MD is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep across residential and commercial spaces. You’ll respond to work orders, document resolutions in the maintenance system, and ensure safety and reliability on site.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
• Available shifts: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30am - 4:00pm OR Sunday through Thursday Evening shift, 3:30pm-12:00am.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies
• Pay Range $22.65 - $27.00 per hour

Job Description

• Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.
• Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm.
• Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
• Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required.
• CFC certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
