Qualifications

• Technical certification or associate degree in HVAC, Mechanical, or related trade.
• One to three months of relevant hands-on experience in building maintenance or HVAC trades.
• Proficiency with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical building control systems.
