Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team at our New York property. You will perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

You will assist the Chief Engineer on building and grounds, uphold safety standards, support guest services, and be a team player across departments. Prioritize emergency procedures knowledge and JSA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable of routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service and be accommodating to requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when needed.
• Must be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventive maintenance checks.
• Assist other team members including Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment by meeting safety standards for guests and staff.
• Provide courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.
• Be aware of all emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
