Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks to ensure safe, efficient operation of hotel equipment and facilities.

You will assist with building projects and respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism. Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience and basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
