Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our hotel engineering team. You will perform routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds upkeep to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

The role requires experience in painting, drywall, HVAC, and hotel/property maintenance with strong teamwork and adherence to safety procedures. This is a full-time on-site position at our hotel location.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting and drywall.
• 2 years HVAC experience.
• 1 year preventive maintenance.
• 2 years hotel or property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and accommodate various requests.
• Be a team player and assist other departments when needed.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
