Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our engineering team in keeping equipment in optimal condition through routine repairs and preventative maintenance.

You will assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds tasks and help ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. We value teamwork, professional service, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for training, development, and career advancement within Concord-managed hotels

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and job safety analysis guides.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment on the engineering team to ensure good working order.
• Assist Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician!

Responsibilities:

• As a maintenance tech on our engineering team you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards
• Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides
