Job summary
MPI Engineered Technologies in Knox, Indiana, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician (M2) to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and troubleshoot complex systems. The position offers a starting wage of $29.51 per hour, with a $1.00 shift premium and a $1.50 OT premium.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Must be able to read electrical/hydraulic schematics and mechanical prints, and read ladder logic.
- Requires a minimum of five years related professional experience.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic Math Skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
- Install facility machinery and lock out equipment when not in use.
- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
- Communicate equipment status with operators and supervisors.
