Job summary
MPI Engineered Technologies in Knox, Indiana, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician (M2) to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and troubleshoot complex systems. The role involves following SOPs, safety policies, and EMS guidelines while collaborating with operators and supervisors to ensure equipment reliability.
The position offers a starting wage of $29.51 per hour, with a $1.00 shift premium and a $1.50 OT premium.
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Must be able to read electrical/hydraulic schematics and mechanical prints, and read ladder logic.
- Requires a minimum of five years related professional experience.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic Math Skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
- Install facility machinery and lock out equipment when not in use.
- Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
- Communicate equipment status with operators and supervisors.
