Job summary

Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform a wide range of maintenance on equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and mechanical issues while supporting training and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Shift options include 2nd or 3rd, with overtime as needed. Competitive starting pay at $28.38/hour plus shift premiums and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in electro-mechanical tech.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred; hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Assist in training new employees and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Follow instructions, review work orders, and prioritize tasks.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with teammates using radios.
