Kerry Evansville facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 1 for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment and facility systems to keep operations safe and efficient.

Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience is required; a two-year degree in industrial technology is preferred. A $2,500 sign-on bonus applies, with additional shift bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Competenze

At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
A two-year degree in industrial technology or advanced manufacturing is preferred.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.
Mechanical repair, general welding, and minor electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to independently complete preventive maintenance and work-order repairs.

Mansioni

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment.
Maintain and repair equipment such as mixers, conveyors, compressors, pumps, bearings, sprockets, chains, sensors, and related components.
Use hand tools, power tools, welders, drill presses, grinders, cutting equipment, and other metalworking equipment safely.
Install new equipment and complete building and grounds maintenance as assigned.
Document work performed, labor hours, repairs, and installations in SAP work orders and notifications.
