ADM in Frankfort, IN is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for a full-time, on-site role. You will install and maintain machinery, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC failures, and repair drive and material systems while using welding and fabrication skills.

Expect rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime as needed. The position emphasizes safety and continuous learning, with potential for formal trade school coursework during training.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in maintenance tech or equivalent role.
• Basic welding, layout and fabrication skills required.
• Willing to learn and take trade school courses as needed.
• Ability to meet physical demands and work rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Install and maintain machinery and equipment in the facility.
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC failures and pneumatic systems.
• Repair and maintain mechanical drive systems; install material systems.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and participate in continuous training.
