Job summary

You will perform machine calibrations, timing adjustments, and various preventive maintenance tasks, plus minor and major diagnostics with supervision. The role emphasizes HACCP compliance and coordination with safety and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks, calibrations, and timing adjustments with supervision.
• Ability to perform minor and major machine diagnostics and tuning.
• Ability to use a Digital Voltage Meter (DVM) to measure voltage, continuity, resistance.
• Proven mechanical/electrical abilities.
• Able to work around moving machinery safely.
• Willing to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine calibrations, timing adjustments, and various preventive maintenance functions (oiling, greasing, and inspection).
• Perform minor machine diagnostics/performance tuning with supervision.
• Perform major machine diagnostics/performance tuning with supervision.
• Monitor and correct HACCP-related situations to maintain product integrity.
• Maintain communication between Maintenance, Processing, Safety and Quality teams; document actions and needs.
• Maintain equipment parts and supply inventory; place orders with supervision.
• Complete training in LMS within required timelines.
• Comply with strict food safety and animal welfare standards and report incidents to management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
