Job summary

Hard Rock Bristol is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and related systems, under supervision. You will respond to service calls, document work orders, and help ensure facility reliability for guests and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years in general maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and operate building automation systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Respond to maintenance service calls and maintain logs and records.
• Repair and replace faulty equipment and operate a BAS for temperature control.
• Assist with event setups/teardowns and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
